What the fuck is wrong with rocksmith always trying to fuck their community over with this DLC disabling bullshit. They are begging ppl not to support them by buying their dlc's

Downloading the depot isn't working.. says it is downloading, but then continues to do nothing :( I really just wish someone would compile their game folder (working) and upload it online, this is frustrating!

As of the 30/4/24 its fix still works perfectly. Even fixed other small issues I had such as lag etc. Thank you very much ❤👍

I tried your solution, but as soon as I open the game, it stays in white screen for a while then the rocksmith logo appears in a corner and closes, do you know how I could fix this?

Does this trick still work? Ive tried it and I get the white screen followed by a black one then the game crashes sending me back to steam I know some people are saying its an issue with CPU core but i only have a 12 core and ryzen 9 5900x. Even tried this fix without adding the modded DLC to it.

Yeah, this isn't working for me either. Anyone have any ideas? I've never run the game before, but I bought it on Steam just before it was de-supported. I'm trying to get it running for the first time with no success.

I'm having this same problem, now in October 2023. A few weeks ago the game was working perfectly, but I've been trying to play for a few days and I can't. I did the procedures as you taught, but it still doesn't work. When I start the game on Steam, it doesn't even open. When I followed your procedure and tried to start the game from the game folder, it gives the message that "msvcp100" and then "msvcr100" were not found. I downloaded the dlls, placed them in the system32 folder, but the message still appears that the dlls were not found. I no longer know what to do to get the game working again. Thank you for your help!

So I am having a similar issue… My windows 10 died so purchased a new windows 11 and the game works but the lag/frame rate is awful. Not even playable.. I tried everything but ethernet cable at this point. New HDMR 8-10K cable NO improvement. Any suggestions or has anyone had this issue?…
